Creating and viewing tickets


When you login at the Trustbuilder help center, you will find your account information in a box in the top right corner.

For submitting a new request, click : Submit a request

You will see the fields that are required to be filled in. Please be as accurate as possible in the information you provide.

Add screenshots, logfiles (only the relevant parts in tb.log, tba.log, catalina.out for example) and steps on how to reproduce the error or bug.

You can view your previous created tickets when clicking on : My activities

Here you will find your previous created requests and your activity in the community. 
To view all the tickets from your organisation click on Organization requests


After creating your request, you will receive confirmation and status updates by mail.
